This guide will assist in placing an order, however we recommend that sizing samples be used to get the proper fit for each style.

• Chest: Measure approx 1" from your underarm and across the shoulder blades.
  Women measure at the fullest part of the bust.

• Waist: Measure loosely at the middle of your body.
